ProKick Beginners kicked-off on 1st Sept 2021

There were no September blues at the New ProKick Beginners course which started on the 1st September at the ProKick Gym - Pictured here are the latest squad of wannabe ProKick Kickboxers who signed up for 6-weeks of ProKick kickboxing. The New Beginner’s course kicked off on Wednesday 1st September 2021 at 6pm and of course at the #ProKickGym in Belfast. Restricted numbers may be in place per class but the enthusiasm and the passion was really great. The new team were all put through the ropes by one of ProKick's senior coach, #BillyMurray
Welcome to our new beginners to ProKick - At ProKick all the newcomers had their first taste of ProKick's no-nonsense approach to fitness, all ProKick kickboxing style - and it all kicked-off on Wednesday the 1st September 2021 @ 6pm .

The new starts worked through the fundamentals of fitness, Elements of self-defence and the basics of ProKick kickboxing was explained, and all on the first night.
Don’t worry if you couldn’t start on this course, we have regular Beginners courses running for those looking to get into shape, so you’ll have no excuse not to get involved, We take everyone and no matter what your needs you will achieve it here at ProKick, the 'home of Champions'.
