ProKick Kids - The involvement of our young ProKick members is central to us. Since ProKick's inception, we have always built much of our work around the junior ranks. We are running limited classes at present because of Covid-19. Hopefully it will not be much longer before our classes will be back to normal. Our regular syllabus classes and KIDS bag classes are on as normal. See below for days and times.

ProKick Belfast Kids Class of 2017.

The driving element behind all of our young classes is fun. If our young members enjoy themselves first and foremost, then the other elements of fitness and good diet become something they look forward to rather than as a chore.

What can your child expect?

None of our junior classes involve any sort of full-contact. Instead, our ProKick Kids learn basic strength and flexibility exercises and have fun learning some of the moves in kickboxing. Each class a strong focus on our core motto of "Truth Discipline and Respect" which enables our young people to live out these values in every area of their lives. Firm favourites are our "ProKick Says" competitions and "Freeze" competitions which encourage active listening skills, discipline, co-ordination and healthy competition. This allows us to award many resulting in our kids leaving with a great sense of achievement and pride.

Our young members are encouraged to make their way up a series of levels / grades, with the base level being White Belt, through ten levels, finally reaching a Dan grade at black belt, which is equivalent, if you like, to a degree level in kickboxing. ProKick Kids offers opportunities to increase confidence levels, make new friends and enjoy a fun-filled fitness experience.

Why would kickboxing be suitable for your child?

In our experience, every parent has a different reason for bringing their children to the gym and we cater for all of them. Our classes are suitable for kids with a variety of needs, we have had members (past and present) with Autism, ADHD, Asperger's, Dyspraxia, Anxiety and Depression. If you have any queries over whether ProKick is suitable for your son/daughter, don't hesitate to contact us via info@prokick.com or call 028 9065 1074.
