A grading in Kickboxing involves assessing students, both in non-contact and contact disciplines, through a series of levels or grades. The progression begins at the White Belt level and comprises ten levels, culminating in the Dan grade at black belt, which can be likened to a degree level in Kickboxing. Achieving this level of proficiency typically requires an average training commitment of three to four times per week over a span of six to eight years.
Check the time class schedule for your new appropriate class. If the class times do not suit please revert back into your old slot and speak to Mr Murray about alternative class time times.
