Kickboxing for Beginners at ProKick in demand

The demand continues for ProKick beginners classes as last night's class was again FULL - There is no let-up for the demand for ProKick Classes. It was KICK-OFF for another New ProKick 5-week beginners course which started on Monday 17th April 2023 - it all started at the #ProKickGym at 8pm. The squad pictured here were put through the ropes on their very first night by head coach #BillyMurray - This was the eighth new squad of wannabe kickboxers to come through the doors at the ProKick Gym in 2023.
And the demand continues for ProKick's own style of Kickboxing classes for fitness. It was Monday 17th April 2023 at 8pm and this group of newbies went straight into action - working through fundamentals of fitness, elements of self-defence.

At ProKick all the newcomers had their first taste of ProKick's no-nonsense approach to fitness - ProKick's kickboxing style.
The new starts were all welcomed, worked through the fundamentals of fitness, Elements of self-defence and the basics of ProKick kickboxing was explained, and all on the first night.
"Don’t worry if you couldn’t start on this course, we have regular Beginners courses running for those looking to get into shape, so you’ll have no excuse not to get involved, We take everyone and no matter what your needs you will achieve it here at ProKick home of Champions."
