Six-weeks at ProKick completed! Another Beginners course have just finished at the ProKick Gym. Members who finished their last session were all put through a really tough bag session last night on Thursday 1st October. Well done for staying the course through these difficult times. The ProKick class were put through a tough basic bag session for the last night of their course and all with the help and direction of ProKick's senior coach, Billy Murray.
Here's what happens next: This coming Tuesday the 6th October will see a New Advanced beginner's course kick-off at 8:pm.
Read on and find out how to book the next level at the #ProKickGym - So what happens now after completing your 6-week beginner course? Simply, sign-up to our advanced beginners - another 6-week course which will continue on Tuesday the 6th October @ 8pm, this course will guarantee your eligibility to apply for your yellow belt (the first grade in the ProKick kickboxing ladder).
The course costs are just £25 for the 6 weeks. But for those of you who want to step your game up, then we have an additional Advanced beginners class every Friday at 6pm - this class is additional and can be booked here for just £5
If you decide to do the advanced beginners Friday, you may join this extra class on a pay as you go basis at £5 per class. The Tuesday class will focus on furthering your kickboxing skills by developing your syllabus training while the Friday class will be working on correctly holding and punching and combination drills on the punch & kick bags and when Covid guidelines ease we will start focus pads training.
NB. The Friday class is an extra class you may not substitute this for Monday or Tuesday's Advanced Beginner's class.
