Training schedule for your Return to ProKick

ProKick Gym will Reopen on Friday the 13th November - we will have over 20 different style classes scheduled per week for Kids adults, bag classes, fighters syllabus training and more. The ProKick Gym will reopen after the NI Executive lockdown Northern Ireland in a bid to combat Covid-19 on October 16th. ProKick will open the doors of the Gym for the first time in four weeks and we are excited about seeing you all back in the Gym, said #BillyMurray

ProKick Gym will be up-n-running for classes, from Friday 13th November. Classes are all available to book on-line from the links below. There are limited places available as we are still to follow government guidelines.

Friday 13th Nov - 7pm Senior Bag class

Saturday 14th Nov - 10am Kids beginner & yellow belt
Saturday 14th Nov - 11am Kids orange & green belt
Saturday 14th Nov - 12pm Kids blue & above belt

Saturday 14th Nov - 1:15pm Beginners course to Kick-start for Week No. 4 of a new Beginners course

Sunday 15th Nov - 10am Outdoor class @ Stormont

Monday 16th Nov - Yellow & Orange Belt level. Book your place here
