With less than 24 hours’ notice, Max has accepted a challenge to compete for the WKN Junior International Title at the upcoming Fight & Budo Day event in Germany, taking place this Saturday, 29th March 2026.

The event will be held in just outside Berlin (Oder), Brandenburg Hall, and features a full schedule of international bouts under strict competitive rules and organisation by Kickboxtempel Erkner - sanctioned by the WKN and the match made by German WKN's Klaus Hagemann.

THE CHALLENGE
Max Murray will compete in the Youth Division at 69.9kg, with strict weight compliance required.

This title bout will be contested over 4 x 2-minute rounds in the amateur division — a demanding format that tests endurance, discipline, and ring intelligence.

A TRUE PROKICK MENTALITY

For Head Coach Billy Murray, this opportunity reflects everything the gym stands for:

“Opportunities like this don’t come with perfect timing — they come to those who are ready.

Max has shown discipline, commitment, and the right attitude in the gym.

To step in on less than 24 hours’ notice says everything about his character.

Now it’s time to perform on the international stage — The ProKick Way.”

INTERNATIONAL PLATFORM

The Fight & Budo Day event will host fighters from across Europe, with official weigh-ins and medical checks already completed ahead of a full evening of competition.

With doors opening at 4:00pm and fights beginning from 5:00pm, the stage is set for a high-level night of action.

ONE TO WATCH
At just 16 years of age, Max Murray represents the next generation of ProKick talent — disciplined, focused, and fearless.

This weekend, he doesn’t just represent himself — he represents ProKick, Belfast, and Northern Ireland on the international stage.

FINAL WORD
From Belfast to Germany — no excuses, no hesitation.
When the call came, Max Murray answered.

Now it’s time to fight.
