June 09, 2023
Twenty ProKick Kids are gearing up to show off their skills once again, as they head to Larne for a friendly kickboxing competition TODAY this Sunday. These young talents, aged between 7-14, have been training hard in the lead up to this event and are eager to showcase their skills in the RING
The tournament, hosted by Wilson Snoddy, the organizer of this event from 'Champions Kickboxing Club', promises to provide an exciting opportunity for the kids to not only compete but also socialise and make new friends. Despite the competitive edge, the atmosphere is expected to be friendly and supportive, with the aim being to encourage and motivate each of the competitors to achieve their personal best.
With the recent thrilling victory of Jay Snoddon, the WKN featherweight world champion, the ProKick squad are even more motivated to excel in their own right. The young kickboxers have been inspired to push themselves to the limit and surpass their own expectations.
Billy Murray the senior ProKick team coach, spoke about the excitement surrounding the upcoming competition, stating that he is thrilled to see the level of dedication and enthusiasm shown by the kids and their families. He added, "We believe that these young athletes represent the future of kickboxing, and we want to provide them with opportunities to hone their skills and gain experiences that stay with them for a lifetime."
The ProKick Kids are ready for the challenge that awaits them in Larne, and we look forward to seeing their hard work and determination pay off as they aim to bring home some trophies.
