The atmosphere was both fun and focused: each child took a turn under the watchful eyes of their coaches and classmates.  It was celebrations all round as the new belts were handed out and for most they tied around their waist immediately wearing with pride and showing off the spoils of war to their parents. By the end of the  almost every participant had walked away with their first or a higher belt level, many leaving with “a great sense of achievement and pride”

ProKick’s youth program offers a safe, fun environment where kids build strength, flexibility, and self-defense skills through playful, non-contact activities. Using games and a structured belt system, the program promotes discipline, coordination, and confidence. Research supports these benefits, showing martial arts improve fitness, social skills, and self-esteem. ProKick’s focus on encouragement and progression helps even shy children grow braver and more focused, fostering life skills beyond the gym.
