Official Weigh-In — BSF6 | Nimes, France -
Friday 30th January 2026
First on the scales was Northern Ireland’s ProKick James ‘the Belfast Boy’ Braniff who came face to face against local hero Romann Laroudie France - both fighters hit the scales 75.2kg each excellent work by both boxers - the pair young talents posed for photographs and questions from the press. Mutual respect from each other this has the potential of being a great tactical and competitive contest. The match is over 3x2 minute rounds under amateur WKN K1 rules.
The next fighters out of the block were two old rivals from over a year ago, Jay Belfast samurai Snoddon and Jordan Cocu France. The pair met here in Nimes exactly 1 year ago in month at BFS5 - Snoddon lost on the controversial points decision and he’s here to rectify that wrong.
That’s match is a professional WKN K-1 style fight scheduled over 3 x 3 minute rounds. At the weigh-ins Cocu had plenty to say Jay had the response to reply but smiled and lifted his fists and said I’ll let these do the talking tomorrow night and the French audience loved his reply !
There was no love lost as Cocu avoided eye contact with Jay this fight has the potential to be a fight of the night on BSF6
The match was set at a weight limit of 63.5kg, and both fighters successfully met the requirement coming in at the same weight.
