A grading in Kickboxing is an assessment process for both non-contact and contact students, enabling them to advance through a structured series of levels. This progression starts at the White Belt and moves through ten distinct stages, culminating in the Black Belt, or Dan grade, which is comparable to achieving a degree in the discipline. Reaching this significant milestone typically requires six to eight years of dedicated training, with a consistent schedule of three to four sessions per week.

All those intending to grade must have register in advance. Further information contact reception by phone 028 9065 1074, email info@prokick.com or just call in and talk with reception.
