A grading in Kickboxing is an assessment process for both non-contact and contact students, enabling them to advance through a structured series of levels. This progression starts at the White Belt and moves through ten distinct stages, culminating in the Black Belt, or Dan grade, which is comparable to achieving a degree in the discipline. Reaching this significant milestone typically requires six to eight years of dedicated training, with a consistent schedule of three to four sessions per week.

All those who are confirmed to grade please pay at register the morning of the Grading. Further information contact reception by phone 028 9065 1074, email info@prokick.com or just call in and talk with reception.
KIDS: Doors open 09.30am with grading starting 10:00am and finished by 11:am or shortly after.

For children
– your instructor will give you permission in advance to attend the grading. This Grading is open to all levels (Black Belts will have their own schedule) who have completed the time & attendance required.

For the grading 21st December 2025 - When deciding on who is eligible to grade, the instructors take into consideration a variety of factors:

- Knowing the techniques isn’t enough,
- All students, Junior or Senior must show the correct amount of effort, respect, attendance in classes and discipline in class to become eligible.
