Last Grading At Wilgar Street before we move

Did you miss out on any grading this or last year? Then here's your chance for you to get caught up and to have the last chance to attempt moving up the ranks in the Old-Gym. The graduation day for selected ProKick Adults only is set for the Wednesday evening 13th July at 6pm 2022. There are no ProKick Kids Grading at this session they will be end of August in the New Gym

A grading is when Kickboxing students, non-contact and contact, are assessed through a series of levels / grades, with the base level being White Belt, through ten levels, finally reaching a Dan grade at black belt, which is equivalent, if you like, to a degree level in KickBoxing. This type of achievement takes, on average, between six and eight years with a training regime of on average of three to four times a week.

Please do not just turn up – you must submit your name and your instructor must give you permission to attend the grading. Open to all levels who have completed the time required.
Adults: Doors open for adults at 5:30pm with the grading starting 6pm sharp for Yellow, Orange & Green belts .
You must submit your name and your instructor will give permission to attend. If in doubt attend the practice sessions or your normal syllabus classes.
For the grading on Wednesday 13th 2022 - there are many deciding factors must be taken into consideration to who is and would be eligible to grade.
Knowledge of the techniques isn’t enough, all students, Junior or Senior must show the correct amount of effort, respect, attendance in classes and discipline in class to become eligible.
Adult Yellow belt Cost £20 - covers grading, license, certificate & belt - all the rest from orange and above are £15 - Black belts are paid for by ProKick.

Membership to gym must be up-to-date, if attempting any grade other than yellow, for yellow please bring two passport photos
