Black Belts are not Born - they're made through Hard Work and Sacrifice

There are very few who will last the course from the novice/enthusiast to Black Belt and that goes for any Martial Art. After at least eight-ten years of relentless dedication and hard work, seven of my loyal ProKick Gym team members are finally reaching an incredible crescendo! The chance to participate in a week-long Black Belt grading, that alone is an accomplishment!
Achieving a Black Belt is a testament to years of dedication, hard work, and self-discipline. From December 15th to 21st, seven ProKick members will undertake a week-long grading, demonstrating their perseverance on their journey to earning this prestigio
ProKick Black Belt Gradings: What an accomplishment for seven of my loyal and dedicated team members! Their decade of hard work and intensive training at ProKick Gym is about to culminate in their upcoming Black Belt Gradings.
Three of our Junior Brown belts have dedicated six to eight years to their training, consistently attending the gym three times a week.
For the adults and 16-year-olds, this moment represents the culmination of up to 10 years of dedication and training. Over the course of a week, they will be tested on every aspect of ProKick’s kickboxing style, including self-defense, fitness, and even the fundamentals of human anatomy.
The Seven, Jay Snoddon, Mark Cairnduff, Max Murray, Reuben Graham, Ethan Rodgers, Gerard McCartan and the youngest Leo Smith have all demonstrated years of discipline, hard work and perseverance. Having earned the final senior and junior brown belts, for them to takes the final test for the ultimate accolade in any Martial Artist career, 'Black Belt'.
The Grading will commence on Monday 15th December and for those who will last, concludes on Sunday the 21st December.
