Completed your 5-week induction course at ProKick?

Here's what's next:
In our advanced beginners class, we'll take your technique up a notch. We'll introduce you to the yellow belt syllabus, with an emphasis on how to hold and punch focus pads correctly. We don't expect you to remember everything immediately, but what you learn at ProKick will stick with you.

Each class starts and ends with a recap of your belt syllabus. The middle of the class will focus on pad work, strengthening exercises, and new techniques.

Now that you have completed your 5-week induction course, just sign up for one or two sessions per week. Our front-of-house team can help you sign-up and pay for a membership plan that suits you. You need to instruct our front-of-house team at reception and we will add your monthly membership plan. All plans are recurring and require a four-week cancellation notice from your sign-up date, it's that simple.

Ready to level up? Sign up for our Advanced Beginner’s class, resuming Monday, October 19th, 2026, at 7 pm. If you can't make this class then start the following week.

Taking this course makes you eligible to test for your yellow belt - the first step on the ProKick kickboxing ladder. The Monday session will focus on mastering your syllabus training to refine your technique.
To complement your progress, our Wednesday class at 6 pm will sharpen your skills through combination drills and focus pad work.
