Japan Fight-day has finally arrived. After months of planning, fundraising & training the day has come for our three talented kickboxing teenagers.
They have all embraced this once in a lifetime opportunity as teenagers. The three have immersed themselves fully in the Japanese culture; exploring the iconic sights and sounds and foods of Tokyo, Nagoya, Kumamoto and finally Osaka - learning about their healthy and fulfilling way of life.

This is Fight Day for three of ProKick’s, Northern Ireland’s finest sporting teenagers.

Head Coach, Billy Murray along with WKN Champion Johnny Smith travelled with the teenage team:
“ We have to remember why we are here and that is to compete at the official K-1 kickboxing championships in Osaka, Japan. We can’t forget, we our invaders and foreigners in this land, here to take something away from the Japanese, especially in their own system. This will be no easy feat, however, I’m confident in our student' abilities, their commitment and of course their desire to succeed. I’m so excited for them, this will be incredible."

If our three teenagers wasn't enough, our ProKick affiliate Hiro Mochizuki, from Kumamoto Japan will also compete in today's competition. Hiro started 17 years ago at ProKick and now teaches English & kickboxing in Japan.
