On a sunny Sunday afternoon, July 30th, 2023, young kickboxing enthusiasts aged 6-14 years of age gathered at the prestigious ProKick Gym in Belfast, eagerly awaiting their test to advance to the next level. From beginner to purple belt contenders, four levels were assessed. These dedicated individuals sacrificed their Sundays in pursuit of kickboxing excellence. High Kicking kids reach the Next Level at the ProKick Kickboxing school of excellence, (Sunday 30th July 2023)

The ProKick exams saw the enthusiastic Kickboxing kids undergo a comprehensive assessment covering various aspects of the sport, propelling them to new heights.

During a grading, Kickboxing students, both non-contact and contact, are assessed across different levels/grades. Beginners start at the White Belt level and progress through ten levels, eventually achieving the prestigious Dan grade at black belt, which can be likened to a degree in Kickboxing. This remarkable accomplishment typically takes an average of six to eight years of dedicated training, with an average of three to four times per week.

The ProKick team had an eventful weekend! Yesterday, 20 young ProKick members bravely stepped into the ring, while today (Sunday), approximately 80 enthusiastic individuals advanced to the next level in ProKick's kickboxing grading system. What a whirlwind of a weekend.

New senior belters showcased their skills during the adult grading day at ProKick Gym on July 30th.

On July 30th, 2023, a group of aspiring orange belters ascended to the next level at the renowned ProKick Gym.
Mr. Colin Malcom, a ProKick Black Belt, graciously assisted in conducting the grading session with the adults. I extend my heartfelt thanks for his invaluable contribution as a senior Dan grade.
