A grading in Kickboxing involves the evaluation of students, both non-contact and contact, through a progressive series of levels or grades. The journey begins with the White Belt, advancing through ten levels, culminating in the prestigious Dan grade at black belt. This achievement is comparable to obtaining a degree in Kickboxing. Typically, this accomplishment requires an average of six to eight years of dedicated training, with a regimen of three to four training sessions per week.
Great job and well done to all our team! And if you didn't make the grading today and fell short, no worries - just keep training! Remember, hard work always pays off.
A huge shout-out to our team who stepped up today to help take your experience to the next level! Sending a BIG thank you to Black Belt Kathryn Warren, the high-kicking Jay Snoddon, and the ever-helpful receptionist and front of house - Brooke Murray. You guys were great!
