Thinking of Signing up to ProKick Fitness Suite

Thinking of joining our new fitness suite but not sure what to do or expect? Then this class is for you! A 45 minute circuit will take you through a variety of strength and conditioning exercises under the guidance of Head Coach, Billy Murray.
Each station or machine will be demonstrated and instructed so everyone is aware how to use safely and effectively.
Through this circuit session you will gain a greater understanding of how the strength and conditioning suite can enhance your fitness for your kickboxing training and for life in general.
Why not give it a try? Numbers will be limited just to 10 people. So make sure you book quickly.
£7 for this class or book our monthly fitness suite before the 27th August for just £15 a month and have this strength and conditioning exercises guidance class complementary.
The class will be a Saturday morning starting 27th August at 8am
