The Road to ProKick is now open

WE ARE BACK OPEN - At last we are working and back at ProKick Gym - Monday 24th May was our first night back at the gym - check out the schedule below for classes from 21st June until Saturday 26th June. We are Back to ProKick - Classes at ProKick from Monday 21st June - 26th June are on our web-site. Limited classes are available - check out the classes section on prokick.com for details.
We have been back at ProKick from May 24th after finished our highly successful outdoor classes at Stormont, and we thank you all for your support. The feed back from you that you are enjoying the classes, means a lot.

We resumed our indoor group training at the ProKick Gym on the 24th May and the new schedule for this week is now on-line starting from, Monday 21st June until the Saturday 26th June - we are scheduling just 20 per class.
We have returned to the ProKick Gym from last Monday 24th May; Please see below our plans.
The gym has been cleared out of all unessential equipment.
Members enter the gym through reception ready to train, removing shoes and keeping all personal belongings in their own kit bags or storage bags will be provided.
There will no longer be any sharing equipment I.e. no borrowing of gloves, head guards, pads, water bottles etc, all members must have their own gloves, until restrictions are lifted.
WE still have a large selection of good quality used equipment for sale, simply have a look, if you like then make us a reasonable offer and the gloves will be yours.
For the meantime, once your class is finished you will exit through the back of the gym (emergency exit to rear of Gym).
A 15 minute change over slot will be in place to allow the area to be sanitised before the next class.
Numbers in classes - We plan to restrict the numbers to 20 per class to start off with return (this will be in line with social distancing and will only change depending on government guidelines).
Classes will need to pre booked online. We have 16 classes to choose from for the the next few weeks.
Temperature check, hand sanitiser, & disinfectant wipes will be available and everyone will be required to use upon entering the gym, again we hope this will not be for too much longer.
We have daily deep disinfectant spraying for the entire building to commence prior to opening hours.
Here is the schedule for the return to classes at ProKick - 16 classes a week, see which ones suit your level.
Kids Classes - We started back to normal from Saturday the 29th May for children. You child's class times have changed as we now have 3 kids classes instead of 2 on a Saturday morning. More information on KIDS classes here.
On-line classes - our LIVE or pre-recorded classes were and still are free for all our members. They have since stopped on our private Facebook group page. However, there's plenty of classes on-line to revert back to and have a recap, a great way to learn.
