Snoddon suffers first defeat as a Professional

In an unexpected twist at BFS5 held in the picturesque town of Nîmes, France, Snoddon faced his first professional loss. Fans and spectators gathered to witness what promised to be an exhilarating matchup on the undercard to a WKN world title.

Unfortunately, the outcome didn’t go as everyone had hoped for Snoddon. The French champion COCU pushed Snoddon in the first round looking the stronger fighter as he hard Snoddon on the back foot. Second round COCU was down from a low kick but the referee and with a straight right hand with the referee saying no count ‘ fight on’ Snoddon fought well and clearly was landing the better shots. Third and final round both young professionals hard it all to do with neither man wanting to take a backward step. In the closing seconds of the match Snoddon was clearly moving forward landing the better shots.
On the final bell both fighter thought they had done enough to win by throwing their hands a loft and claiming victory.
It was down to the judges to sort this one out. The MC announced the winner in the blue corner COCU!
A disappointed Snoddon took it on the chin and smiled and congratulated his opponent Jordan COCU thanking him for a good match.
I’m sure these pair will meet again in the not to distant future
