Saturday ProKick Spar-a-thon #2

TODAY - Have you Booked the date and spectate for FREE! Yes, it’s Free to all ProKick members and families of our members. TODAY Saturday 26th November at 1:30pm we will be staging our second open sparring session - our ‘Sparathon’ - it will be in our Kickboxing & Fitness Centre of Excellence, come Fight-Venue. It’s for our up-n-coming fighters and non-fighters along with our next generation, our Kids. Everyone will display what typically goes on during a ProKick sparring session.
ProKick Sparathon: Here's a chance to put your technique into practice in a controlled environment. Sat 26th Nov Starts at 1.30pm, spectators are free, normal class fee’s to participate - Course/class fee £7 adults £5 for Kids.
ProKick Sparathon -This is open to all Prokick members with or without sparring experience. The class is to give an opportunity and designed to help those members who want to bring their training up another level without fighting competitively.

WKN British and European Champion, Jay Snoddon will go through the ropes along with title contenders - James Braniff and Grace Goody. Other ProKick names will enter the ring for some important work.
Members, don’t miss the opportunity to see what goes on behind the scenes as our team train and prepare for their next battle between the ropes - set for Sunday December 11th in our very own FIGHT VENUE.... ProKick Gym
Any member wishing to have a few rounds, simply see your coach by throwing your gloves into the ring or put your name forward at reception. Limited space available.
