ProKick Summer Grading

Today is Grading day - Here's our first Kids ProKick grading in 18 months ago - yes, the 9th Feb 2020 to be exact since the last Kids Grading. Well, we're back up and running. Our ProKick Kids members will finally have the chance to grade and belt-up by moving up a level on the kickboxing ladder of excellence Sunday 29th August.
The next ProKick Adult grading Saturday 14th October @ 2.30pm
A grading is when Kickboxing students, non-contact and contact, are assessed through a series of levels / grades, with the base level being White Belt, through ten levels, finally reaching a Dan grade at black belt, which is equivalent, if you like, to a degree level in KickBoxing. This type of achievement would take, on average, between six and eight years with a training regime of on average of three to four times a week.
All ProKick Kids will be notified by Tuesday 24th August if they are eligible to grade.
Our ProKick Kids will have an extra practice session on Tuesday 24th August @ 6pm.
ProKick Kids Grading - Registration 9:30am with grading starting at 10am.
ProKick Adult Yellow Belt Grading - Registration 11.15am with grading starting at 11.30am.
Adult Yellow Belt grading costs £20.
Knowing the techniques isn’t enough, all students, Senior must show the correct amount of effort, respect, attendance in classes and discipline in class to become eligible.
Kids Yellow belt Cost £15 - covers grading, license, certificate & belt - all the rest from orange and above are £10 - Black belts are paid for by ProKick
Membership to to gym must be up-to-date, those grading for yellow please bring two passport photos (membership not applicable to prokick adults grading for Yellow)
