ProKick Kids Task while at home

Attention ProKick Parents - We hope everyone is staying safe in the crazy times we find ourselves in. We miss you all terribly from the gym. We want the kids to keep their training up even though not at the gym at the moment. Therefore, we've come up with this idea to get the kids involved at home, with the help from you (The Parent's) please.

For further tasks and exercising search for ProKick Live Class on FB and request access to join. There are fitness online classes which you and your child / children can practise together.
Further up-dates will be placed here on Friday the 10th April

Dear Parents, A whatsapp group has been created for you to join please - WhatsApp BillyM (if you have the No.) if not email Billy - to billymurray@prokick.com and the number will be forwarded to you.
We have set a second challenge for our ProKick Kids. Details listed below for the next task and the content we want for the task.
Please send No.3 task before, Tuesday 31st March - by noon 12pm. This will be the closing date and time for the third task for the kids. This should be enough time to complete, it shouldn't take that long to film.
The point we are trying to make is - practise, practise and again make sure they practise before you film.
The next video task No.3 is as follows:
15 seconds sprinting & punching out
2 press-ups,
2 sit ups,
2 burpees
15 seconds of your best shadow boxing.
The next video task No.2 is as follows:
3 press-ups,
3 sit ups,
3 burpees
15 seconds of your best shadow boxing.
One take with no music in the background please. And please video the way require for editing. Per sample, like the photograph above.* instructions for parents please record landscape*

Task 1 Completed** - Tuesday 24th 8pm will be closing date and time for the first task for the kids.
Parents to record a clip of their child (wearing ProKick uniform, if they have) doing the following:
2 press-ups
2 sit ups
2 burpees
30 seconds shadow boxing
Kids must start with showing respect and end with respect. Then all you have to do is whatsapp your video to the number given for Billy Murray.
* instructions for parents please record landscape* No music, one take not several videos. Wear ProKick uniform (if have one) & show respect. Practise first before filming.
