Our talented of newbies got to showcase their skills and put their techniques to the test in an exhilarating controlled environment. This class is specifically tailored for those who have never sparred before. Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to dive into the exciting world of sparring! Starting off we may have some items you can barrow but best to have your own equipment. We have most in stock at a really competitive prize. Try get what you can, gum shield are a compulsory item, we have in stock at £4.95
This sparring class kicks-off for the second time this Wednesday, August 30th August starting @ 6pm and costs £7 per session.
