A grading in Kickboxing is an assessment process for both non-contact and contact students, where individuals progress through a series of levels or grades. The journey begins at the White Belt level and continues through ten stages, culminating in a Dan grade at Black Belt, which is roughly equivalent to a degree level in Kickboxing. Achieving this milestone typically requires six to eight years of consistent training, with an average commitment of three to four sessions per week.

All those intending to grade must have register in advance. Further information contact reception by phone 028 9065 1074, email info@prokick.com or just call in and talk with reception.
