Le Grande Adult Grading Results 2017
December 17, 2017
It was a busy Sunday with the end of year grading at the Prokick in Belfast. First up it was the Kids-in-combat and later in the afternoon it was the the adult's who turned up the heat to Belt-up. Sunday the 17th December 2017 saw the final kickboxing exam of the year - the 'Le Grande Grading’ kicked off at 1pm with the ProKick Kids grading and after completion just after 2:30pm. The adults then commenced at 3pm and continued until 6pm.
ProKick's Le Grande Grading day was December 17th 2017 - ProKick students aged from 14-66 years old converged on the East Belfast HQ to all attempt their next syllabus levels and everyone, regardless of the result did exceptionally well. Members from raw novice right up final brown Belts achieved their next levels and for some, the hard work really starts now. Head ProKick coach Billy Murray had good help today with the grading - the coaches helping out at the grading were long established Black Belt Colin Malcolm along with final 3rd tab Brown Belt, James O'Rielly
A grading is when KickBoxing students, non-contact and contact, are assessed through a series of levels/grades, with the base level being White Belt, through ten levels, finally reaching a Dan grade at black belt, which is equivalent, if you like, to a degree level in KickBoxing.
This type of achievement would take, on average, between six and eight years.
for all our member who have just graded, please stay in your normal classes until 2018.
