Fab 5 New Belters
October 05, 2021
New Belters, Five ProKickers had a rare chance to grade on a week-night, outside of the normal grading day. The Fab-Five delivered a great performance on Tuesday 5th October after missing Saturday's Grading day on the 2nd October 2021 Which was due to circumstances out of their control.
The Five worked separately from the rest of the class, as put through their drills by Seniors Paul Dobson & Jay Snoodon before conducting the grading syllabus in front of the class under the watchful eye of senior ProKick coach & founder #BillyMurray.
A grading is when Kickboxing students, non-contact and contact, are assessed through a series of levels / grades, with the base level being White Belt, through ten levels, finally reaching a Dan grade at black belt, which is equivalent, if you like, to a degree level in KickBoxing. This type of achievement at ProKick would take, on average, between six to eight years with a training regime of on average of three to four times a week.
