Here's an extra training program to complement the ProKick 5-week beginners' course:

If you haven't trained in a while, it's best to start with a relatively slow build-up while gradually increasing intensity as you become fitter and more confident.

  • Set aside just 10 minutes every day for your workout routine, except on the days you visit #ProKickGym.
  • Start your warm-up and stretching with just 5 minutes, utilising the techniques shown on your first night at ProKick. Gradually increase the duration as your fitness improves and confidence builds in the following weeks.
  • Take time to practice your striking basics, which you've already covered. Repeated practice of the fundamentals builds a solid foundation for further progression.
  • Start with walking or a light jog and gradually increase intensity until running 5k (3 miles) a few times per week becomes achievable.

This will ignite your learning journey by establishing a strong foundation for the weeks and months to come.
