Can Do Crew hit ProKick

Looked who popped into the ProKick Gym for a light training session and a wee cup of tea - the ‘Can Do Crew’ - The group are made up of adults with learning disabilities ranging from 18 to over 50 years of age. MR Greig Mentiplay from Belfast ‘Can Do Crew’ organised the session at ProKick.
The ‘Can Do Crew’ were welcomed by front of house, Brooke Murray. The team then received a guided tour through the facilities from the founder of ProKick Billy Murray - Billy was asked what the significance of the Samurai warrior’s piece of art at reception?
He explained to the group that we at ProKick try and follow some of the code of the Bushido - which is the way of the warrior, the codex of Samurai during feudal Japan which promoted the importance of loyalty, honour in martial arts but life in general. The Crew were fascinated and loved the everything about gym.
It was exercise time, the group also had a private light hearted FUN training session and also played a physical and Mental game call, ‘ProKick Says’ a popular fitness game at the gym for all ages.
There was a winner, the overall winner was Brian, just to note Brian won over MR Greig Mentiplay (their coach) in the final!.
The team finished off by relaxing in the social area having tea and coffee - and of course a biscuit or two.
Looking forward to receiving The ‘Can Do Crew’ back at ProKick in the not too distant future.
