A Picture is worth a 1000 words - this one says: Happy Campers, and we done it! Yes you all did, you finished a tough early morning week-long Bootcamp. JUST 2 on the missing list. The last day was this morning Friday 6-6.45am 15th April 2022. The final session, DAY No.5 of Billy's ProKick Bootcamp - details below: Hello Prokick members and to all our world-wide web surfers of ProKick.com - our early morning fitness ‘Boot Camp’ for enthusiastic wannabe fighters and hard-core fitness fanatics is BACK - we RE-started on Monday 11th April 2022. It's been a difficult couple of years for us all so it's great to get back to some-sort of normality. Billy ProKick Bootcamp was BACK and it all started on Monday 11th April 2022 at 6am. This Camp was a FIVE day hard-core early morning fitness Billy's BootCamp.
Running, jogging, push-ups, sit-up’s and much much more. There is no easy way to get fit or even to stay in shape....HARD WORK, that’s what pays off, and we can help you with that!
Day-1 Monday 11th April - 6am-6:45am - Below:
Three ProKickers on the missing list, Oh Hello?!!
The camp started with a little bit of light running, then jump kicks as the Belmont Rd have never seen, (check the Video)
Sprints up the Wilgar St hill.
Gym Work - three rounds hard shadow boxing - Water break.
Three rounds hard extreme excising on the floor - Water break.
Bag work, body boxing, sprints and much much more ...Well that's was it for the first Day.
Day-2 Tuesday 12th April - 6am-6:45am - Below:
Just one on the missing list - Jake down sick flu-like symptoms, not COVID, well the test said so far.
This morning's instalment, started with an easy jog, then all-hell let loose...sprints! But just short ones.
Gym Work - three rounds hard shadow boxing -
Extreme excising on the floor different types - Water break.
Body boxing, inside sprints, more extreme excising - finishing with more of the same.
That was a tough session, well done team ... that's basically what was done on the second Day.
Day-3 Wednesday 13th April - 6am-6:45am - Below:
Two on the missing list. - Jake still down with flu-like symptoms, not COVID, yet!.
This morning's instalment, started with stretching and some light exercising, no running, jogging or sprints today. Breathing and mindfulness exercises was the order of the day.

This morning's instalment of Billy's Bootcamp was set outside in the bright open air. started Running jumping and extreme exercising, sprints were the order of the day.

This morning's instalment was muted the toughest yet!
None stop running, piggy backs, duck-walking up the hill, sprints, shadow-boxing up the hill backwards, and more extreme exercising was the order of the week at Billy's ProKick Bootcamp - all set outside this morning in the bright open air.
