OPEN Beginner Sparring Class 6pm WED 24th July

Beginner Sparring is on TOMORROW NIGHT Wednesday 24th July starting at 6 pm. The class is an open sparring session for beginners, however, No fighters will work with this class. Fighters & experienced members will work separately.

The BRAND new beginners sparring class will begin again Wednesday at 6pm 31st July

All other ProKick members fighters, attend the 6.45pm sparring class on 31st July.
