Beginners hit prokick belfast

This was the final week of a ProKick 6 week beginners kickboxing course for fitness. This was beginners Course number-15 at the ProKick Gym set in 2017. The course kicked-off at ProKick HQ on the Thursday 14th September 2017. This weeks class is set for tonight 19th October and will be the conclusion to the course. Therefore, please be 10mins earlier as explained by MrM last night in class. Five weeks ago saw the new class of newbies work through fundamentals of fitness, elements of self-defence and all of this on the first night. Just one more week and this one will be the toughest to date.
New beginners Welcome to the #OldTinHut - The Home of Champions. the new start had their first taste of kickboxing and lived to tell the tale.
ProKick's no-nonsense approach to fitness not only stimulates the body but also the mind. The new starts worked through the fundamentals of fitness, elements of self-defense and the basics of ProKick kickboxing which was explained, all on the first night.
