TODAY Sunday, 12th April, ProKick will host a special Grading Day from morning to afternoon. This exclusive event for ProKick members is a fantastic opportunity for both our adult and child members to advance and earn their next belt. Don't miss this memorable milestone! TODAY ProKick is hosting a Grading Day for members on Sunday, 12th April. This event is an opportunity for both adults and children to advance up to their next belt.
The ProKick Kids grading will be held on Sunday, 12th April. Doors will open at 10:00 AM, with the grading commencing at 10:30 AM.
This grading is for Yellow, Orange, Green. Higher grades both Junior and Senior will will grade in the very near future. Your instructor will inform you if you are eligible to participate.
The ProKick Adult grading is set for 12th April. Doors open at 12pm, and grading starts at 12:30pm. Yellow, Orange, Green with select Adult Blue only. For higher level Junior (Kids) and Senior (Adult) grading the date date will be posted soon.
A grading in Kickboxing is an assessment process for students, both non-contact and contact, as they progress through a series of levels or grades. The journey begins at the White Belt level and advances through ten levels, ultimately culminating in a Dan grade at Black Belt. This achievement is considered equivalent to a degree level within Kickboxing. On average, reaching this level requires six to eight years of dedicated training, with a typical schedule of three to four sessions per week.

For the grading on Saturday 12th April 2025 - When deciding on who is eligible to grade, the instructors take into consideration a variety of factors. -
Knowledge of the techniques isn’t enough, all students, Junior or Senior must show the correct amount of effort, respect, attendance in classes and discipline in class to become eligible.
Adult Yellow belt Cost £30 - covers grading, license, certificate & belt - all the rest from orange and above are £25
Black belts are paid for by ProKick.
KIDS Yellow belt Cost £25 - covers grading, license, certificate & belt - all the rest from orange and above are £20 Black belts are paid for by ProKick.

NOTE: Students testing for Green Belts are required to wear their full uniform, including long ProKick trousers, t/shirt and belt. (shorts are not permitted). Sparring equipment and gum shield are also required.
