Paul Dobson final week training for Black Belt

Paul Dobson will have an intense week-long testing and practicing in the run-up before the final grading day on Sunday December 19th.

Sprints - The dreaded sprint at ProKick, most do not like this exercise. It's important our team of Senior member coaches and seniors are fit. Important to lead by example, however there are always exceptions on medical grounds, so we don't exclude.
Tuesday Kids Sparring class ages from 6-years to 14 years old. Mr D joined in the last 20 mins, sparring and showing control with the younger members. With the emphasis on Fun through exercise

Here's the last new Beginner’s to start in 2021 at ProKick - The course kicked off Wednesday 15th December at 6pm at the #ProKickGym. Mr P Dobson worked-out and assisted in the class.
Wednesday night is the Fighter Class at ProKick, mainly sparring all night.
Paul finished Wednesday night off at the Fighter Class with 5 x 2 minute rounds against a fresh man in every round. This is part of the syllabus for Black Belt. Completed!

Paul Dobson has also demonstrated years of discipline, hard work and perseverance. Having earned his third senior brown belt, he takes the final test for the ultimate accolade in any Martial Artist career, 'Black Belt'.
