A grading in Kickboxing involves the evaluation of students, both non-contact and contact, through a progressive series of levels or grades. The journey begins with the White Belt, advancing through ten levels, culminating in the prestigious Dan grade at black belt. This achievement is comparable to obtaining a degree in Kickboxing. Typically, this accomplishment requires an average of six to eight years of dedicated training, with a regimen of three to four training sessions per week.

Congratulations our newly promoted green belts! Our team truly stepped up today, taking their skills to the next level. Special thanks to Black Belt Kathryn Warren and assistant coach Jay Snoddon for their support.
