Le Grande Grading 2023

Are you ready to level up your kickboxing skills? Seize this opportunity to advance your rank and earn a new belt at ProKick's final grading of the year on Saturday, December 23, 2023. This grading event is open to both our young ProKickers and adults. The Kids grading will begin at 10am, while adults can join in starting from 11:45am when the doors open. The grading itself will commence at 12pm. Please note that eligibility for grading will be communicated during your upcoming classes. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to ask our reception. Get ready to take your kickboxing journey to new heights!

A grading is when Kickboxing students, non-contact and contact, are assessed through a series of levels / grades, with the base level being White Belt, through ten levels, finally reaching a Dan grade at black belt, which is equivalent, if you like, to a degree level in KickBoxing. This type of achievement would take, on average, between six and eight years with a training regime of on average of three to four times a week.

KIDS: Doors open 09.45am with grading starting 10:00am to 11:15am

For children – your instructor will give you permission in advance to attend the grading. Open to all levels who have completed the time & attendance required.
Adults: Doors open for adults at 11:45am with the grading starts 12pm. – This will be open for all levels who have completed the correct timescale and attendance. You must submit your name and your instructor will give permission to attend.

For the grading 23rd December- When deciding on who is eligible to grade, the instructors take into consideration a variety of factors. -

Knowing the techniques isn’t enough, all students, Junior or Senior must show the correct amount of effort, respect, attendance in classes and discipline in class to become eligible.

Kids gradings Cost £15 - covers grading, license, certificate & belt - Black belts are paid for by ProKick.

All Grades cost £20 - covers grading, license, certificate & belt - Black belts are paid for by ProKick.

Membership to to gym must be up-to-date, if attempting any grade other than yellow, for yellow please bring two passport photos
