A new ProKick Sparring course for 2020

A brand new beginners #kickboxing #sparring course kicked off at #prokickgym FIVE weeks ago on Wednesday 8th JAN at 6pm. Well done all, great sparring work to-date. WELL, next week on the 12th of FEB is week No.6, the conclusion. Please be ready with gear & head-guards on before 6pm if possible.
