ProKick graduation day was a blast for both the kids and adults! Huge congratulations to our ProKick Kids who bravely aimed to step up to yellow or orange belts, with three achieving the green belt milestone. This Sunday, on the 7th of July 2024, it was their moment to shine and ascend the kickboxing ladder of excellence. Meanwhile, our Yellow Belt Adults are gearing up for their journey to the first ProKick level. 🌟
Congratulations to our new adult members at ProKick who have excelled by progressing from yellow or orange belt levels on the ProKick kickboxing ladder of excellence.
Sunday JULY 7th 2024. The ProKick Gym in Belfast was the venue for an action-packed SUNDAY morning. Today the Gym will be crammed with kickboxers from the age of 6 years of age until the ripe young age to over 66. The morning was for our Saturday KIDS classes all searching for excellence in the Sport of ProKick's style of kickboxing. Whilst later in the afternoon the ProKick adults were looking to move up the ladder of kickboxing excellence as well, it was a ProKick kickboxing graduation day from the beginner to the Blue belt level.
Congratulations to our ProKick Kids members who took the lead in advancing to yellow or orange belts, with a select few reaching green belt status. They seized the opportunity to shine and ascend the kickboxing ladder of excellence on Sunday, July 7, 2024. Following them were the advanced beginners striving to earn their Yellow Belt at the foundational ProKick level.
A grading is when Kickboxing students, non-contact and contact, are evaluated through a series of levels / grades, with the base level being White Belt, through ten levels, finally reaching a Dan grade at black belt, which is equivalent, if you like, to a degree level in KickBoxing. This type of achievement would take, on average, between six and eight years with a training regime of on average of three to four times a week.
Knowing the techniques isn’t enough, all students, senior & juniors must show the correct amount of effort, respect, attendance in classes and discipline in class to become eligible.
