It was the last day of the first ProKick bootcamp of 2018. And there was no let-up is the fitness as everyone worked hard. Hard Work Paid Off. It all started last Monday 8th JAN 2018 at 6am and finished this morning Friday 12th JAN. ProKick is running another three day hard-core early morning fitness Billy's BootCamp through-out the year with the next scheduled for Monday the 22nd JAN. Running, jogging, push-ups, sit-up’s and lots more. There is no easy way to get fit or even to stay in shape - HARD WORK, that’s what pays off, and we can help.

Billy’s ProKick Bootcamp will be back on Monday 22nd JAN 2018 @ 6am - Join us for a no-nonsense fitness regime which is tried, tested and works!
All started Monday 22nd JAN, Wed 24th & Friday the 26th of JAN 2018. It is a THREE day Camp just 45mins per session with the starting time of 6am
