New ProKick Beginners Class Kicked-Off 13th Oct

Another New ProKick Beginners 6-week course kicked-off last night at the ProKick Gym on Wednesday 13th October at 6pm. The new beginners course started at the 'Home of the Champions' - ProKick Gym in Belfast. Pictured are the latest team of wannabe ProKick Kickboxers who signed up for 6-weeks of the no-nonsense kickboxing style at ProKick. The new team were all put through the ropes by ProKick's senior coach, #BillyMurray
Here's our latest new beginners to ProKick - At ProKick all the newcomers had their first taste of ProKick's no-nonsense approach to fitness, all ProKick kickboxing style - and it all kicked-off on Wednesday 13th October 2021 @ 6pm

The new starts worked through the fundamentals of fitness, Elements of self-defence and the basics of ProKick kickboxing was explained, and all on the first night.
Don’t worry if you couldn’t start on this course, we have regular Beginners courses running for those looking to get into shape, so you’ll have no excuse not to get involved, We take everyone and no matter what your needs you will achieve it here at ProKick, the 'home of Champions'.
