Le Grande Grading 2022

Do you want to move up a level on the kickboxing ladder of excellence? If yes, then here's your chance to grade and belt-up. ProKick's last grading of the year is set for Sunday 18th December 2022. This grading is for our younger ProKickers & our Adults - The Kids grading will commence 10am. Adults, doors open 11:30am grading starts 11.45pm. Note all will be advised in your up-coming classes if you are eligible to grade..If in doubt ask at reception.
Join us at Laburnum Street on Saturday, March 9th @ 2pm for ProKick's Adult Yellow & Orange Belt Grading.. The event kicks off with the kids 1pm. Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity!
A grading is when Kickboxing students, non-contact and contact, are assessed through a series of levels / grades, with the base level being White Belt, through ten levels, finally reaching a Dan grade at black belt, which is equivalent, if you like, to a degree level in KickBoxing. This type of achievement would take, on average, between six and eight years with a training regime of on average of three to four times a week.

KIDS: Doors open 09.45am with grading starting 10:00am to 11:15am
For children – your instructor will give you permission in advance to attend the grading. Open to all levels who have completed the time & attendance required.
Adults: Doors open for adults at 11:30am with the grading starts 11:45am. – This will be open for all levels who have completed the correct timescale and attendance. You must submit your name and your instructor will give permission to attend.
For the grading 18th December- When deciding on who is eligible to grade, the instructors take into consideration a variety of factors. -
Knowing the techniques isn’t enough, all students, Junior or Senior must show the correct amount of effort, respect, attendance in classes and discipline in class to become eligible.
Kids Yellow belt Cost £15 - covers grading, license, certificate & belt - all the rest from orange and above are £10 - Black belts are paid for by ProKick.
Adults Yellow belt Cost £20 - covers grading, license, certificate & belt - all the rest from orange and above are £15 - Black belts are paid for by ProKick.

Membership to to gym must be up-to-date, if attempting any grade other than yellow, for yellow please bring two passport photos
