February Billy's ProKick BootCamp 2023

The Final day of February 2023 ProKick Fighters Bootcamp. There were a few on the missing list throughout the week and today we had a staggering amount missing without leave! Friday 17th February and today's exercising was out in the early morning fresh air - Running, jumping, sprinting, and more of the good old fashion no-nonsense hard-core exercise. That was the order of the day for yet another tough day at Billy's ProKick Bootcamp....The perfect way to end a great weeks Camp for the team.

Thursday 16th February - four on the missing list, THE team worked on boxing and kicking drills for the entire session, that was the order of the day. Another tough day at Billy's ProKick Bootcamp....! 😉

Wednesday 15th February and there were three on the missing list, I believe it's something to do with yesterday's tough session. The team were split into two groups - Jay Snoddon took the first group out for sprint while the team worked upstairs on the bags. Less than 15 mins later the team returned and they changed over with one team in on the bags and the other team out doing Sprints - led by Johnny Smith. All teams came together for the final session, fighting drills and floor exercising. Another tough day at Billy's ProKick Bootcamp.... let someone say that session was not tough! 😉

Tuesday 14th February DAY No.2 - there was very little love at BootCamp on Day two. The team worked upstairs, hard shadow-boxing, fitness, body boxing and fight training drills. Some said the first day was not a tough session, I don't think they will be saying the same about today Tuesday. "Every day I bring different fitness and fight scenarios, it gets more intense for the student as fatigue steps in on the latter part of the week, focus on the finish line, 6.45am Friday 17th Feb. Let's wait and see, BUT rest assure FIVE consecutive days of the same exercise without being late of missing a day is an achievement. Especially on top of all the rest of your training and classes.
