Boot Camp rebooted for yet another week. 16 recruits signed up for the week long hard early morning fitness training programme. Billy’s Boot Camp Is Back and all started this morning at 6am, well except 5 no shows. It was back to early morning starts for a keen group of kickboxers who turned out ready for action - 6am in the not so bright and now cold mornings. This is the type of thing that is needed to be a champion or to get super fit.
The week-long hard physical training camp is similar to what ProKick fighters go through before a fight and it is what's required to increase the fitness. It will also help those who are just looking to get extra fit and will give an insight into what it takes to get fit to climb into the ring. increase
