Last day of Bootcamp Friday 6am 20th Oct and Bootcamp started hard & fast and finished the the same way as well - it all started at the usual time of 6am for a no nonsense exercising. Hard boxing & kicking pads practise in our no nonsense exercising. HARD WORK, that’s what pays off.

Wednesday 18th Oct and Bootcamp started with a few laps - it all started at the usual time of 6am for a no nonsense exercising. Hard boxing & kicking pads practise in our no nonsense exercising. HARD WORK, that’s what pays off.

Bootcamp was back today 16th October and no running today Monday - it was the usual time of 6am for a no nonsense exercising. There is no easy way to get fit or even to stay in shape -  and we can help. Today's instalment was, boxing, kicking, knee's and no nonsense exercising. HARD WORK, that’s what pays off.

This weeks Bootcamp was concentrated on running Monday - Wednesday and today Friday was all about doing laps. Well done to our team at Billy's ProKick Bootcamp - it was the usual time of 6am for a no nonsense exercising. Finished, bootcamp is done & dusted - 24 ProKick bootcampers seen the last day through as all the work was inside the tin hut.  Day 3 of Billy's ProKick Bootcamp kicked off Friday 25th August at the usual time of 6am. Three on the missing list for our extreme exercising system. Floor work, running inside gym, boxing drill and lots of no nonsense exercising. There is no easy way to get fit or even to stay in shape - HARD WORK, that’s what pays off, and we can help.

Day 2 of Billy's ProKick Bootcamp was on Tuesday 23rd August 6am. We are off-n-running a new week a new Bootcamp and some newbies fresh to this style of extreme exercising. It was 6am and Day 2 in the Old-Tin-Hut for Billy's ProKick Bootcamp - running, running and more of the same. Sprints Sprints and more . 

Monday Aug 21st 6am kicked off a new bootcamp with more of the same type extreme exercising. We are off-n-running a new week a new Bootcamp and some newbies fresh to this style of extreme exercising. It was 6am and Day 1 in the Old-Tin-Hut for Billy's ProKick Bootcamp - running, jumping, core work, boxing, kicking, circuit training & much more. Well done if you took part. July Bootcamp - done and dusted, our 3 day day Bootcamp came to an end on Friday 28th July 2017. It was 6am was the last Bootcamp for July - Day 3 of Billy's ProKick Bootcamp saw, running, jumping, core work, boxing, kicking, circuit training & much more. Well done if you took part. Day 2 of  Billy's ProKick Bootcamp Wednesday morning 26th July and at 6am. All the work was inside the old tin-hut this morning. A BIG welcome back to Darren McMullen who jetted in on Monday, the big man has't lost any of his moves!... he still can manage to punch you in the face whilst holding the pads for him. Great to see him back. - FIVE on the missing list for Wednesday's Bootcamp.

Day 1 of 3 bootcamp July 24th:
Kicked of on Monday morning at the usual time of 6am 24th July. On the first day before any punches were thrown four campers were on the missing list. Well done to those who turned-up for the start of this three day Bootie 

Running, circuit training, boxing drills, shadow boxing and sprint were just a taste of day 1 at ProKick Bootcamp at Wilgar St Belfast. Day 2 Tuesday 26th July

Last Day 7th July: It was the last day of ProKick's three day Bootcamp and again it all started at 6am. Friday the 7th July started with jogging, sprints inside gym sit-ups circuits and lots more. Well done all as the work effort was great. Oh yeah,  Just seven on the missing list from today's camp. 

Day 2: Day two kicked-off at the usual time of 6am - Wednesday the 5th July started with jogging, sprints & piggy-backs up the hill, circuit and pad work to finish day two. Just two campers missing from today's camp.

Day 1: Billy’s ProKick Bootcamp started Monday 3rd July @ 6am - a no-nonsense fitness regime which is tried, tested and works. 20 Bootcampers took the the streets in search of fitness.
