DAY No.4 done & dusted roll on last day Friday morning
Thursday bootcamp coming-up - Wednesday 18th JAN and that was the third day of Billy's Boot-camp at the #ProKickGym #Belfast done & dusted! again the cracks are showing even BIGGER as no-show for third BootCamper is finished. So who didn't show this morning?..BIG BIRD, Swann! The bootcamp instalment of extreme fitness was in the form of a warm-up lap of the gym followed by a circuit (a long one) more laps of the gym. Sprints, boxing drills and no-nonsense floor exercise drills, a regime which guarantees results!
Day 3 17th JAN 2017 and it was Day 2 of Billy's #ProKick #Bootcamp and it all kicked-off at 6am
Tuesday 17th JAN and it was second day of Billy's Boot-camp at the #ProKickGym #Belfast - already the cracks are starting to show as no-show for three BootCampers, guess who didn't show this morning? Day 1 of Billy's #ProKick #Bootcamp JAN 16th and it all kicked-off at 6am
Billy's Boot-camp at the #ProKickGym #Belfast - it was Day 1 of the first Camp in 2017 - it all started with the weigh-ins then do's-n-don'ts and off they went, running laps. OUR FIVE day special was now up-n-running for those lucky enough to book their place early guaranteeing a place for one of the hottest fitness courses in town. This regime is similar to what ProKick fighters go through before a fight. ‘Billy’s Boot Camp’ the Wide Awake Club - 6am in the fresh and dark open air; this is the type of thing that needs to be done if you want to become super FIT.
Are you prepared to do what it takes to get super fit? Then here’s an opportunity you should not refuse. Billy’s Boot Camp is only open to ProKick members and will cost £25 for the bootcamp.
With every extreme fitness programme there are extreme penalties in place for those who are late or if you don’t show after signing-up for the week-long camp. For every class you miss its £10 fine, if your late is £5 fine.
