Orange Belt in the ProKick syllabus will take approximately 6-8 months to achieve this level of ProKick kickboxing.

Tuesday 8pm is Orange belt class
Check ProKick timetable for classes. Students would have worked through 6 week courses, the first 'Beginners' and the second 'Advanced Beginners' - then yellow belt moving onto orange belt. There is still no contact in this level. The only contact is bag work & focus pad training.
